Vegetables and fruits are very important in the Tennis Diet for every player. They are the main source of nutrients and minerals. Examples are the leafy green vegetables such as spinach, kale, cabbage, and many others.
Fruits to consider, oranges, grapefruit, melons, and many others they are a good source of vitamin C. Banana is a complete fruit because it contains nutrients and minerals.
Berries are excellent because of antioxidants they contain. One or two hours before a match, a small snack is best to avoid hunger during the match, like a banana, energy drink, or energy bar, and of course water for hydration.
